The handwashing feature in the new watchOS 7 hasn’t been working for me. I’ve tried it 3 or 4 times and it hasn’t worked any of those times.

In Settings > Handwashing on your Apple Watch, make sure you have the Timer switch turned on.

Are we even sure this feature is in the first beta, as I have had no luck with it either. Sometimes some features are not enabled until later releases
