Ios 14 not getting installed

After downloading the ios14, my phone wents under the installation mode and then within few seconds, it restarts and shows me a pop my message updated to ios 13.6.

Again, it starts downloading the ios14 from start.

This same thing keeps repeating.

Same thing here, it just bricked my iPhone XR trying to install iOS 14; trying to restore back to iOS 13.5.1 now.
