We are using the MobileIron MDM with an Apple Push Certificate that is very soon to be expired.
The Apple ID used to create this certificate is unfortunately lost - so we can not easily renew the certificate. Although we do have the certificate file saved, along with the serial number of the certificate, and other pieces of information about the certificate.
Could Apple assist us in renewing this certificate? Is it possible for Apple to examine the file and determine the Apple ID used to create the certificate file?
