There are many resources available within the developer documentation, iTunes Connect, and the iOS Dev Center designed to get your questions answered without necessarily having to wait for an answer from the developer community. Please review the following before posting.
High-level Questions?
If you have questions about payment, please review the iAd Network Contract in the “Contracts, Tax, and Banking” section of iTunes Connect: https://itunesconnect.apple.com and the iTunes Financial Report Guide at https://itunesconnect.apple.com/docs/Apps_Payments_Finance_Reports_Guide.pdf.
If you have missing reports or reporting questions, please ensure that you are first able to review revenue for the reporting month in question in the iAd Network module within iTunes Connect. If so, use the Contact Us link in iTunes Connect > iAd Network to report the specific problem and be sure to including the specific App name(s) and App ID(s) at issue. Not including specific App Names and IDs may delay a timely response.
For frequently asked questions on the iAd Network including common advertising terms, take a look at iAd Network section of the iTunes Connect FAQ at the bottom of https://itunesconnect.apple.com.
Implementation Questions?
To receive ads from the iAd Network, your application must be built against the latest iOS SDK, and must be running on a device running iOS 4.0 or later.
The iAd App Network is available in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom, and United States.
Fill rate and eCPM vary due to a variety of factors. Seasonal and cyclical effects in advertiser spending may contribute to fluctuations; for example, many advertisers spend more at the end of the year to promote holiday spending, and less in the beginning of the year. Other factors also affect fill rate and eCPM, including the geographic origin of ad traffic, ad exclusions, available advertising inventory, advertiser targeting, and user interaction with ads in your application.
Online resources such as the iAd documentation, code samples, and FAQ’s are frequently updated to describe and demonstrate best-practice use of the iAd framework. Be sure to review these critical resources before implementing iAd in your app and check back on occasion to review them for changes:
