I am wondering how to submit a codesigned app for notarization? I do not see any way to do it in the developer.apple.com portal.
I’ve found many articles talking about the requirements for notarization but none I found give guidance on how to actually submit the app.
I am new to development on MacOS and just registered for the developer program, so I am probably missing something simple!
Thanks much for any advice anyone can offer.

"...you aren’t required to notarize software that you distribute through the Mac App Store because the App Store submission process already includes equivalent security checks."
Are you planning to deploy via the Mac App Store? Or independently using Developer ID? If it’s the former then, as KMT said, you don’t need to notarise.
If it’s the latter, are you building a standalone app? Or something that isn’t an app, like a preferences pane?
And are you building it with Xcode? Or from the command line? Or using some third-party development environment?
