Is a playground made with Swift Playgrounds Author Template going to be immediately rejected?

I am not sure if we are allowed to create a playground book using the Swift Playgrounds Author Template. After building it in Xcode it just gives us .playgroundbook file that works with Swift Playgrounds 3.3. I also saw this tweet from Esther Hare. So I'm a little bit confused, will my playground be rejected if it was built with Swift Playgrounds Author Template?

No, it will not be rejected. If we are allowed to use playground books then by that we are allowed to use the Swift Playground Book Template.

I actually used Swift Playground Author template, but not to it's full potential and I won!
