Installing app in Xcode simulator by directly using .ipa file for testing

Hi,Due to COVID19 we are not able to go to office, and all are working from home. I have provided an iOS release to the QA testing. But QA is not having iPhone to test it. So one remote system is provided to her. Xcode is installed in it. Using it we can open the simulator. But Not able to install and run app in that simulator. I tried to install app using myapp.app, it got installed but as soon as app gets launched it is getting crashed. So QA is not able test the App. Any suggestions are most welcomed. Would request to kindly provide some solution as soon as possible. Thanks

If she is using the simulator, you should give her the project, not the .ipa

If you give her an ipa, try using ad-hoc distribution where she would install the app to her iPhone/device.
