Could Apple be upfront with their policy if Apple decided against publishing macOS KDKs?
I can't make another conclusion from missing KDKs for the latest builds and delays it took to publish KDKs for the old builds.
10.15.4 KDK for release build has not been published.
10.15.5 beta KDK is missing as well.
