Hi, does the new LiDAR technology improves accuracy when creating ARReferenceObjects (.arobject files)? If so, are they implemented by default on the ARReferenceObject API?

No, LiDAR does not affect object scanning (or object detection, for that matter) in Xcode 11.4.
Is this on the roadmap? Seems like using lidar would really increase the robustness of the object scanning and matching
the whole AR framework would get better precision when Lidar is available on the device
