Incorrect App Store Rating

Hello,

We implemented in-app ratings which have increased our ratings by 0.7. However, on some devices, the old rating is still displayed when viewing our App in the app store.

What is particularly odd is that this issue is intermittent, sometimes we see our old rating and other times we see our new rating on the same device. Sometimes device A will display the old rating and device B will display the new rating and then the next day device B will display the new rating and device A will display the old rating.


The correct rating is always displayed when looking at the ratings in the App Store.

Same issue. Been persistent for a few months.

Does the problem disappear on device once you reinstall app ?
