Does anyone know how to get past this error. I have not been able to run my app on device for days.

Using Xcode 11.4 beta fix the problem for me.

This problem is still occuring on Xcode 11.5 (16139) for me. I have filed a bug report. But the issue still happens.

Same here!!!!! I am trying to understand why Apple have not fixed this issue. As much as they put apps through for approval they release a lot of their own bugs for us to test and report back.
