Is it possible to add a simulator to Xcode with a version of iOS installed prior to 10.3.1?
What I've tried:
In the "Devices and Simulators" application in Xcode, in the Simulators tab, I select + for new Simulator, select OS Version, "Download more simulator runtimes" and I am presented with a list. The only available iOS simulators to download are iOS 12.2, 12.1, 12.0, 11.4, 11.3, 11.2, 11.1, 11.0 and 10.3.1. Simulators prior to 10.3.1 do not appear to be available to download.
