Click on Spotlight in the menu bar, enter "Network Utility.app". Double click on Top Hit, "Network Utility.app" to open.

Yes. It's in /System/Library/CoreServices/Applications. You can also find it with SpotLight.

You can find it under:  /System/Library/CoreServices/Applications/

An easy method to find the following folder is doing this steps:

  1. Open a Finder window

  2. Open Menu -> Go -> Go to Folder (Cmd+Shift+G)

  3. Paste the path  /System/Library/CoreServices/Applications/Network Utility.app

  4. Press "Go"
