Safari freezing

Every two or three pages I go through Safari freezes. Anyone else having this problem or have a solution?


Also chrome doesn’t work at all.

Same here (actually had to Force Reload this page several times in order to enable me to reply). Spinning beachball frequently freezes Safari. No problems with Chrome here, though.

I'm having the sample problem.


Safari beachballing, hanging and spinning CPU on most pages.


I tried clearing browsing history, disabling all extensions. Still behaving the same way. I hadn't experienced this on a new install. This is an upgrade.


No issues with Chrome. I'm having to use Chrome for everything.


Catalina beta 3.
