This subject had been broached couple times with no real answer. I have 2 watches S2 and S4.I had decided that I will contunue all my testing on S4 and now want to return S2 to 5.2.1
I had removed profile from the watch and attempted to pair it to phone running 12.x but getting "phone version is out of date".
Problem moving between versions on Apple Watch makes it unreasonably hard to develop for the platform.
