Incoming calls go straight to voicemail

Since updating to beta 2 I am having an issue where after an extended period of time (a few hours, it’s hard to quantify) all of my incoming Verizon calls are being sent directly to voicemail. This behavior continues until I reboot the phone, or toggle WiFi calling off/on. Once I do that, I can receive calls for about an hour - before the behavior starts again. I use an iPhone XS Max, dual SIM standby mode (Verizon/AT&T) and this only applies to my Verizon number. AT&T calls always come through. On top of that, my Verizon calls (the ones that do make it through immediately after a reboot) are marked with a checkbox in the call log. In the detail view they say “Verified by Carrier”. AT&T does not support this yet. Obviously this could be a Verizon issue. But when I swap the card into an iPhone X running OS12 w/ WiFi calling, every call comes through. Which leads me to believe the new software could be causing this. I know there is new a feature in iOS 13 to block unknown/unverified callers. I have not enabled this feature- but after extended periods of time it seems to be behaving as if I have. Curious if anyone else is having similar issues. Or if anyone out there is familiar with STIR/SHAKEN and could at least rule it out. Happy to experiment if anyone has any ideas. Appreciate any insight. Thanks

I have Verizon and have this issue as well.

The same problem fom me is related to 4g network. Disabling 4g and using 3g my phone now i can receive calls.

I am having the same issue. I have tried resetting network settings (per a reddit user with same issue) and reset the entire phone. I am running a dual sim set up with VZ & FI and the VZ number is the one that is having the issue. I am going to try the tip above to disable the 4G setting. I noticed the VoLTE was on anyone know if toggling that would help the issue?
