Finder Burn broken?

Trying to burn to an external CD/DVD/BR drive from finder doesn't seem to work anymore.

Finder can't recognize the size of the disc (nothing will fit, even a single file.)

I also have seen this issue with Beta 2, looks like they broke it.

So, it's worst than that, it seems that no application can burn to the drive (Roxio Toast fails as well). system doesn't provide the correct sizing information to the app (says there's 0 available space) so .. can't burn. (Catalina has a "Burn Ban") :-)
