Cannot pair Apple Watch to unlock computer

in Beta 2 clean install can not activate option to unlock computer via Apple Watch. I get "Your Mac was unable to communicate with your Apple Watch. Make sure your Apple Watch is unlocked and on your wrist, and your iPhone is unlocked."

Any ideea?
