Hi amybest222, As advised in the keynote about Catalina, iOS management has moved to Finder - plug your device in and open Finder, then select from Locations and it should show your iPhone/iDevice. Make sure you have downloaded the correct firmware file for your model. And also make sure you have registered your devices UDID with your developer portal, if you have not done so already. On the screen with your device information in Finder you’ll see “restore iX” you will need to option (alt) & click this, and then select the software file downloaded. Confirm that you’re happy to erase the device and restore iOS13 to the device, and then the computer will do the rest. There will be no progress bar on the Mac, but there will be on the phone. It will restart twice, and then on the third restart the Mac will tell you a device that has been restored is connected and will appear once it has been rebooted. Hope this helps.
