Same here with 12.0.1 cannot use Core Data Models at all.

I have finally found a solution!
Use this modifier which has been introduced with iPadOS 14 and set it to ignore the keyboard:
.ignoresSafeArea(.keyboard)
Having the issue still on Big Sur Beta 5.
I am also having the same issue with Xcode Version 11.6 (11E708) on Big Sur Beta 4 and none of the mentioned solutions have worked for me.
