We are experiencing the same issue. The problem still exists on iOS17.6 and 18 beta.
Does anybody know the workaround for this issue?
We would like to know the status in Apple developer team. Is it going to be fixed on next version?

Thanks for the update, but unfortunately the issue still exists on iOS17.6.1. So I sent the feedback using Feedback Assistant.
I sent the feedback on Aug 17th using Feedback Assistant as instructed, but no reply yet.
