The account holder cannot be transferred. It was possible to transfer the account to wangcc for the first time, but wangcc had not yet received the transfer. Suddenly, I realized that it was possible to add an account holder as shown in the picture below. So, I deleted wangcc as an administrator and planned to add wangcc as an account holder by adding an account holder. However, later on, I found out that only an administrator had been added. So, I returned to the place where the account holder was transferred and planned to transfer it again. At this point, I realized that I couldn't transfer the account holder anymore.
