Yeah that's what I thought. The throttle was the one that stopped me from putting a simple delay to it. The problem with that is that I am actually playing with seconds here, maximum 180 seconds, but yeah maybe I can let the seconds counter just go by on the other user's phone as if the moving guy is actually precisely on time, and every minute or every 30 seconds I'll let the device of the other user update the remaining time, worst case scenario the other user might see sometimes the timer go back of a few seconds because it's taking longer than expected
