In order to re-install a third-part application (mine actually!) for testing I had to upgrade iPhone 11 Pro Max from 15.x.x (I cannot recall the subversion) to 16.1.1. After that Xcode informed me that the developer must be enabled, so I took step to enable it, from Setting->Security & Privacy and finally restart the device. After boot finished I checked and found that the developer mode was still disabled. After a couple of days I noticed the new 16.1.2 release and applied it. The result of attempting to enable developer mode was the same: it remains disabled! Any ideas?
