Ok, then, that was quite unexpected. My plan was to buy an Apple Silicon Mac and run MacOS in VMs to be able to test Intune MDM. But since Im not able to sign in with AppleId this won't work. I guess I scramble that idea, no Mac for me until this is solved. Sad story, wy make it so hard Apple?

Thankfully I decided to only upgrade my MacBook Air M1 and not my work MacBook Pro M3, I think I keep that on MacOS 14 until this is solved.
Issue description based of FB15149896 (sourced from Reddit)
Setup: Two stacked displays, top (Samsung 4k) one is wider than bottom (MacBook Air M1)
Expected behavior: pull cursor ‘below’ bottom area (to left or right of area where screens overlap) on ‘top’ screen, pull down just a bit more and dock ‘pops’ onto the top display, disappearing from bottom display
Observed behavior: pull cursor ‘below’ bottom area (to left or right of area where screens overlap) on ‘top’ screen, pull down just a bit more, dock stays stuck on ‘bottom’ display, forcing me to go all the way down there to open an app
