and yes, I am also using SubscriptionStoreView(groupID: "someGroupId") now. will change it to SubscriptionStoreView(productIDs: ["someProductId1", "someProductId2"]) today.

It worked. It's been 3 days since my release and still working even when the subscriptions are not in review. Thanks a lot for your help. I'll report this to my FB ticket.
