App Store - Receipt Verification server was in Outage since yesterday. Is seems that it has been resolved but I still failing for me.

I found my problem. I was setting UITableViewCell.appearance somewhere.

After further investigation I noticed this in device logs:
/var/installd/Library/Caches/com.apple.mobile.installd.staging/temp.EIeCBO/extracted/Payload/App.app : 0xe8008029 (The code signature version is no longer supported)
