Please see the following Error Report that I received after powering up my Macbook Pro this morning.I have emphasized each area of concern by putting it in bold face font. Please note, the device I am using is mine and mine alone. I do not wish to share any aspects of my device (network, display, etc.) and I have never manually (or intentionally) configured external connections to this computer. If this report proves that there are any external devices connected to mine, kindly provide me with the proper directions so I can remove them. Please note, I am working on the following device:MODEL: MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2017)PROCESSOR: 2.8 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7Operation System: Catalina 10.15.2My questions about the report are:Why does the report state that "OS Version" is "??? ??? (Build ???)"What is process swd (288)?Is this process neccessary to the OS or could it be problematic? If it is not a required process, how do I remove it?Why are there 2 "Graphics" displays for this device?
Why is one of the Graphics an AMD RadeonBluetooth & Bluetooth sharing settings are off/disabled on my device at this point in time, so I would like to know:
Is it normal for the report to print these results in this case? What exactly are the 18 devices listed in the report?
Is there a way for me to identify these devices. (** Please note: When I boot into Recvovery Mode, open my terminal and type the command,"diskutil list"my terminal returns a list of 18 external disks (note: this command does not print the same results outside of Recovery Mode).(Note: I have never used Thunderbolt, but everytime I power up my Mac and connect to the Internet (via Wifi or Ethernet) there are 5-8 Thunderbolt Devices connected through "bridge0" that I have to manually remove via System Settings > Network > Advanced > Manage Virtual Interfaces > Remove). Is it unusual that there are 2 Thunderbolt Buseslisted in the provided report?
If so, how do I remove unneccessary thunderbolt connections? Please see the following report generated by my device:Sleep Wake failure in EFIFailure code:: 0xffffffff 0x0000001fPlease IGNORE the below stackshot================================================================Date/Time: 2020-01-21 03:57:04 -0500OS Version: ??? ???
