Updated to Outlook 16.53.21082901 and the app works well. Lot several days using online version with issues.
If you already removed the app, don't install outlook from AppStore, you can download the older version (only outlook, not an office combo) at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/officeupdates/update-history-office-for-mac.
After that check for update to get the 16.53.21082901. Issue fixed, haiz...
