That worked for me too. Unchecking "Execute in parallel (if possible)" and restarting Xcode immediately resolved the issue. Thank you @hogman78 !

Thank you for the reply! Your points are correct, the notification shows on the device when sent via FCM and CloudKit dashboard, but not from the edge function. I am using the same exact device token for targeting the device in both FCM and CloudKit dashboard as I am in the edge function, but the edge function is the only one that does not work (but receives a 200 OK for the request).
I will check out that post and continue reviewing and investigating the request in the edge function
I am also trying to achieve this same format currently, but running into the same limitations and not finding a workaround. Hoping there is an iOS 17.x/shippable solution.
