I am not a developer, I just thought it can't hurt to post this question here and possibly get some direction. My employer has about 12 apps in the app store, we lost our developer without notice recently and the new guy is very new to IOS. Several of our apps are not responding on iPad Pro (USB-C) models only. It is odd because apps that are older and have had very few updates work fine but the newer open but do not respond. I can't open any menu in the app. The only part of the app that responds is the pop-up asking permission to use the mic. I can see the receiver icon is working when I connect it but I am getting zero response on the screen. If anyone has any input at all I would be so grateful to have something to suggest. It has now been a few months and it is still not fixed and getting so frustrating. Again, I am not a developer, the most I do is upload the test-flight and updates. All lightning iPad models work fine.
