We are an Art-Media-Entertainment company based in India. We have a wide range of Products like Music CDs, Physical Books, Digital Content like Audiobooks, ebooks.We have all necessary copyright documents for these products and we already selling them world-wide through Physical Distribution Network and Online Store.We are developing an iOS app using which we want to sell this Digital as well as a Physical products.As per our requirement and Ease of Use for End Users, we want to implement a Shopping Cart Like Structure where user can buy Multiple or Single Products and at the end they can Checkout.We want to implement third-party Indian payment gateways like (CCAvenue, Paytm or InstaMojo) in our app.But in your policy documents we read that For Digital Products we need to use In-App Payment Method and for Physical Products we can use Third-Party Payment Gateway.Can we sell both digital and physical products through our single App by integrating the 3rd Party payment gateway service.As we have both Physical as well as Digital products in one app, and we are allowing users to buy multi-format products through Single cart, we want understand if we can integrate Third Party Payment Gateway to process all payments in our app. Or if Apple has a guideline to handle this use case.From the user experience perspective we would like if user does not have to use separate payment gateways for physical and digital products.We want to make sure that we abide by all the policies and we are not violating any of the policies outlined by Apple.We request you to guide us in this.
