It'd be better if the comment param was also made optional.
As for the alternative solution of using LocalizedStringResource, i'm still stuck with iOS 15 as my minimum deployment target, so can't quite utilize that yet.

That's disappointing. I would ideally want to only send strings the reviewer needs to review. So exporting select parts of the catalog would be handy in this case.
