All hidden apps will be accessed from that folder. Even though the apps are there, it won't show any preview. If you want to access any hidden apps, that should be authenticated with face id or passcode. So there is no issue.
You question might be, like why to show that hidden apps folder, instead of hiding it totally. But to access the hidden apps, customer has to go some where to access. that is the reason apple is showing that by default.
