Apple support told me to create new Apple ID and pay using new credit card. I did it, but today my order is Canceled again.I don't know what to do. It's ridiculous.

It is exactly the same letter they sent to me. I tried to create new apple id and pay using my last available credit card but the order was canceled as usual, so it doesn't work.
Finally managed to pay, using my old card which I already tried in Dec and Jan several times with no success. Now my payment was successful, and in half hour account was activated. I changed nothing in my account so definitely Apple fixed something on their side.
