Sonoma 14.4.1 Breaks Simulator

TVOS projects no longer play video in the simulator after Sonoma 14.4.1 update - audio plays in the 16.x emulators, nothing happens in the 17.x emulators. Where is the fix?

TV Simulator Broken With Sonoma 14.4.1

Conformed with a couple buddies who also made the mistake of "upgrading" - audio but no video with the 16.x TV emus, no play with the 17.x emus. When is the fix?
