Is there a way to disable this behaviour? It's beyond annoying and kills my productivity. It's not even an app for Watch I'm debugging!

Yes same for us, we keep getting 'The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel' on random requests since Friday. It's totally random, about 2 an hour.
Same here in the UK, errors begun at 02:41 UTC.
Didn't get an error in the last 7 minutes so maybe it has been fixed.
I raised a support ticket. Looking at the browser console there are some js error when trying to fetch the prices. I hope this gets fixed soon.
