Same screen here 346P1C - too scared to try Beta7 right now as to fix the Air I had to use DFU mode to restore the Big Sur firmware....

Yep, working for me now with M1 MacBook Air and MacBook Pro 14 on Beta 4... looks like it's resolved, same screen as you.
