It looks like we solved it by requesting com.apple.developer.driverkit.allow-any-userclient-access from Apple and next adding this entitlement to provision profile

No, it's reproducible on a new project.
I bet you tried to run this code on iOS. But the issue exists on macOS than I mentioned in Environment
