Ok. The issue is back now. I've been trying to connect to my iPad Pro using sidecar and it times out every time. I've tried the following without success: signed out of my AppleID and back in on both devices
toggled on and off the "Keep Today View on Home Screen" setting
toggled on and off wifi and bluetooth
Reset location & privacy settings on the iPad
Reset all settings on the iPad
Nothing has worked. Help!!
