This is only an option if your dependencies and code compile under bleeding edge 14.3, which ours doesn't. It would appear running 14.2 now no longer runs under Rosetta.
Is there a workaround to launch (Rosetta) simulator from 14.3? and then somehow target running (Rosetta) simulator from Xcode 14.2 compiling your app? even this probably won't work, as it is reported that Xcode 14.2 even though is ticked to run under Rosetta, doesn't actually run under Rosetta.

exactly the same error as tulakshana. I have no issue downloading platforms and simulators under default Xcode 14.3, so don't believe there is any connectivity issue to apple servers. So not sure how to get round this error trying to run Xcode 13.2.1 under Ventura.
we are still seeing this issue in 15.3
Totally agree with this. How can you simulate prewarming in Xcode. Furthermore, if this feature is not yet available in Xcode, if one makes recommended refactoring of lifecycle methods, how can we gain confidence using the app for weeks on end even executes a prewarming call?
