Became actual iOS device does not listed in target of Mac-Safari Web Inspector, it come from maybe to update macOS or Xcode.
Of course, already I tried that reconnect actual device and restart mac-Safari.
It used to work, but now it can't.
The device state is can do for Debug Run with Xcode.
Simulator listed in target of inspection.
My environments information are below this comments.
