Hey guys! Try to use the launchpad (assuming that still works) or the cmd+space to open the terminal. In the terminal, type the following commands: cd /Applications/ open Install\ \macOS\ \Big\ \Sur\ \Beta.app This will open the installer app so you can do a clean install.

The picture there is a lock icon requesting a firmware password. Ask the person who set up your computer to tell you it or enter it, or go to apple store for them to get it fixed. To disable, go in recovery, startup security utility, disable firmware password. You will need it to get to recovery.
