I had the same issue. To solve this, I renamed all the icons and launch images.
Now it's working fine :)

I had the same issue. In my case, I've set it to False based on the fact that the third-party ads SDK already has its own manifest.
I've sent it for review, and it has passed.

I've changed the routine to use another URL, like this: https://myapp.com/#/invite/ABC12345.
In this way, I could get the information.
