Same here, Mojave + Safari 14.1.2 (downloaded from the link above), still only 3 tabs. Safari is severely lagging behind other browsers in features, has lots of rendering issues and now we cannot even use devtools to solve all these problems, what the heck, Apple?
Anyone knows a way to roll back to a working versio of Safari? I have not desire to upgrade OS 'till new MBPs are out.

Found some manuals here, gotta try tomorrow: https://mrmacintosh.com/how-to-downgrade-safari-14-to-13-supported-unsupported-options/
Safari is turning into IE13, congrats Apple. Sunken at the deep end of the baby pool.

Ventura 13.2.1, VPN (any protocol) is simply unusable as it dies randomly and only manual reconnection helps. It's beyond frustrating, I cannot use any of my VPN providers on ANY connection!

Still present and somewhat exuberated behaviour in 13.6, cannot use ANY VPN on any connection (wifi, 4g etc) for more than 1-2 minutes before the connection hangs. It was totally fine for couple months, but the latest Ventura update brought the issue back. Apple hasn't updated my bug report for more than 6 months. I tried every recipe from this topic, no avail.
Anyone found a reliable way to fix it?
This is a WIDESPREAD problem with older macbooks with replaced batteries, e.g. https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/macbookpro-mid-2015-mds_stores-or-configd-cpu-high-load.2380126/page-4
Give it a go with some solutions from the topic above. Another alternative: https://www.reddit.com/r/mac/comments/15n1q3y/how_to_improve_an_intel_macbooks_battery_life_by/
Apple is too courageous to care about such minuscule problems that affect only a couple million of Pro users. New emojis await!
