We have been rejected a few times from receiving the entitlement and nobody can tell us why. Is there any other avenue to seek assistance with receiving it?

How are people getting their entitlement request approved? We have submitted four entitlement requests and had email exchanges with three or four different people at Apple and nobody has been able to help us at all. Any advice?
I've been having the same problem, no luck getting approved. However in your case I think you have a mistake, if you look at the requirements here (https://developer.apple.com/documentation/bundleresources/entitlements/com_apple_developer_device-information_user-assigned-device-name) it says that you must display the device name to the user in your App's UI.
