For the past two weeks, I have called Apple support over and over. They absolutely refused to help me fix my problem. Instead they have given me a canned response over and over stating that I cannot enroll now or in the foreseeable future. Absolutely ridiculous.

Interesting, maybe I will borrow my family's iphone since mine doesn't work. I tried enrolling on my mac and iphone, but no luck. But if there's a chance that it could work on someone's device other than my own, I will try it. My account is 12 years old so who knows...
