Same problem here, these kind of links https : //apps.apple.com/redeem?code=XXXXXXXX were working in 15.1. In 15.2 and 15.3, they are not working anymore. Everything acts as if it was working fine, the device shows the app, says "your app is downloading", and when I leave the appstore, there is not app downloading. I've checked the device logs, and I can't see any error related to this.

Same problem here, according to our tests, all was working fine in iOS 15.1. Our customers complained that it was not working anymore in 15.2. I updated to latest iOS to test it (15.3), and I can confirm redemtion codes are not working anymore for business apps in iOS 15.2 and 15.3. The os recognizes the redeem code, it says "the app is downloading", but the app is NOT downloading.
I add the same problem once, I had to buy a new mac book pro at 2000€, Apple behaves like a POS, they dont care about developers.
