I also have some TestFlights testers with a lot of purchases that I would like to clear out, it impacts the time to process payment.

The issue seems to be resolved for new subscription; user affected are still not showing in trial and might have been charged right away

We have seen the same issue. We have increased our timeout to 60s but we are still experiencing time out. We do retry and seems to succeed then

Yes I am having the same issue sometimes. I do a retry which most of the time works.
