As Milda2000 suggested, in a previous comment I upgraded my Sequoia 15.0 RC to Sequoia 15.0 found in the Apple Store. FYI, the build numbers for the RC and the Apple download turned out to be the same (24A335). I first switched off Beta Updates in Automatic Download options. After the "reinstall of 15.0", I turned beta downloads back on and Sequoia 15.1 Beta 4 was again offered for install. I was able to install with no problems.

I'm having the same issue of on a MB Pro M3 MAX.
I currently have Sequoia 15.0 RC (24A335) and if set Automatic Updates Beta Updates to either MAcOS Developer Beta or McOS Sequoia 15.1 Developer Beta, I get a message to Schedule and update for macOS Sequoia 15.1 Beta 4. But when I try and update I get two request to enter my macOS user password. I then get the first error message in the previous comments about errors tring to downlod.
I'm getting the same error.

Great. Thanks for the clarification.
I did read the above docunetaditon. However, there is no explanation as to why a Folder is now being created instead of a Group at initial project build. A folder would be fine if I could manage the position of the files within in. It appears that all I get is alphabetical order. So what I need is the initial project build to create a group linked to a "real" folder at initial project build. Otherwise, I must covert the folder to a group to get the same file management behavior as in xcode 15.

Changing the wallpaper did not solve the problem for me.
RogerLee, how did you change to a non-defualt wallpaper?
If you are talking about the the app Icon customization option when a long press on the home screen is made, then yes, I', having the same issue. I've also noticed that the IOS simulator background in black.
I agree. It's been a year or so since this was implemented and I'm still having to go back a re copy!! Very aggravating!! Be nice if there was a way to disable the menu feature.
